On a computer use Centreware Internet by opening a browser and putting in the ip address of the Xerox machine.
If you are scanning to email look up Print Delivery Confirmation E-mail in the System Admin Guide. That can be changed from Centreware or at the User Interface at the Xerox
If you are networking scanning, in each template you must set Confirmation Sheet to disable under Report Options. If you are just scanning to the default template - set that in Default Template Options under Services > Network Scanning.
