As per title, configuring network scanning to a shared folder on a Domain Server (Server Essentials 2016) from a Versant 80, and running into issues ith proper syntex inside CentreWare.
Setting up the File Repository gives the usual settings (Name, Destination, protocol etc). Protocol is SMB to the IP of the server and port is set to default (139). I have also setup a shared folder with the share name of Scans and set the file path as the server name, set the folder to read/write and configured an AD user specifically for scan authentication with folder read/write privileges.
I suspect my issue lies in the login credentials, specifically, syntax. We have run across this in myriad different Xerox machines, where scan to SMB is setup and have encountered different rules for configurations. I'm hopeful someone here might have experience with the V80 or can at least direct me to a resource.
