Hello,
I have a 6027 connected to a PC via USB and when trying to Scan to PC it indicates Processing and eventually times out. It never actually does a scan. No other error messages.
I used Express Scan Manager to send the scan to the c:\users\username\documents\scan folder. The security on the folder gives Everyone full access.
I am running Windows 10
Firmware 01.05.07.30.3836
Nothing in the Error history report.
Job report indicates the scan completed.
Anybody have any suggestions?
