I searched the product knowledge base but was not able to identify a solution for the exact issue you have described. I would suggest contacting support at 1-800-821-2797.
I am not technical but might suggest reloading the software or even power the printer off and on.

CAUTIONS:
- To prevent a printer malfunction or damage to the internal hard drive, turn off the secondary power switch first. Wait 10 seconds after the Touch Screen goes dark, then turn off the main power switch.
- Do not plug or unplug the power cord while the power switch is in the On position.
