Thank you for the reply but I am unable to navigate to "Machine status > Tools > Service Settings > Fax Service > Incoming Fax Defaults > Advanced Capabilities > Disabled > OK > Close". I can go to "status" but no "tools" available(screenshot below). I have looked in all of the options but cannot find the referenced location to make this modification. Any idea? Thanks
