First, I have no idea why they moved your post out of the Xerox internal forum and into the Cutsomer forum. But here is the response I had given internally if you missed it.
There are no presets for it, probably due to the very broken ratio change (only reduces one direction)
I can say that it is a 74% reduction, so it would be easier to just touch the 100% and type 74 on the keypad (assuming Proportional resizing with no distortion)
But if they are leaving the 11 inch side at 100% and distorting the image by 74% along the X-axis only, it would be more steps as you would need to go to Reduce/Enlarge > independent and change just the one axis to 74.
