They should be able to select "auto" from the reduce/enlarge section on the main copy screen and select the tray that has 11x14 in it. That's pressing two buttons, which is probably the same or even less than going and selecting "Saved settings" (which would require going to the last tab on the right, selecting saved settings, then selecting the job you've previously saved settings for). Or at least, that's how I would do it. Joe might have a better answer though :)
