Hi all,
I have a 6015NI for home use. I have set it up as a wireless network printer, connected to my router wirelessly. I have both PC's running Windows 10 and Macs running El Capitan. I can do what I need to do with the Macs, but I cannot for the life of me scan from the Windows 10 PC.
Windows asks me to connect to a Scanner, but I have already connected the WC under the printers... I have the latest drivers installed. Can anyone shed some light on this?
Also, the WC becomes "offline" or "unavailable" either once it goes into power saving mode or any of the computers goes into hibernation. I would have to restart either the printer or the computers to re-engage them... Can someone shed some light on that as well?
