I am installing a new WC 6505 DN via USB to my workstation, Windows 10. Printing works fine, I already had Paperport installed, v12.1. It "sees" the WC 6505 but scanning doesn't work. When I test the drivers, Paperport says it can't contact the scanner. I look in the Device Manager and under Imaging Devices I see the WC 6505 driver, no issues. Please help
