Number 1 . Select IP 4 Address, Is this IP of AD server?

Yes it is.

2-IP Address Port, Is this IP of AD server?

Yes it is

3-Port, which port number should we put?

No idea, this would depend on your server, most likely port 389

4-Backup IP Address , What is this mean?

A backup server in case the above one is not running, if you don't have one you don't fill it in.

5-Port, what is port name?

Same as 3 if you filled out 4

6-LDAP Server, what shoud we select?

Again, Depends on your server, but you already stated Active Directory Server yourself in your post

7-Serch Directory Root, What should we fill these out?

Depends on your server. Something like this may help

8-Log in name, Is this Domain Account?

If the domain account has LDAP access. Any account that can search the Active directory server can be used.

If you do a Domain account you need to format correctly ala Domain\Username or User@Domain, and again, that depends on your server

9-What should we put information to these ?

No idea, again every single question you have bears no relation to Xerox, it is all your server settings that are required by your server to connect to your server and do a search.
