I am trying to setup a WorkCentre 6655 to forward incoming faxes to a network SMB share on their server. The issue is simply that this is not working. When trying to recieve a fax, it prints a report that states to check the username/password. I am 100% positive that the username and password entered are correct, as I can access and write to the share location from other devies on the network using the credentials. Also, when watching the job in the web interface, it displays the type as "email." There are no rules setup for fax-to-email.
I have tried the following:
Attempted to use both IPv4 and Hostname fields (Hostname enter just as "OURSERVER")
Share has been entered as "OURSERVER\FaxShare", "FaxShare", and "\FaxShare"
Document Path entered as "\FaxShare" and "\"
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!
