WC7556 SSL Scan to Email

I have a problem with a WorkCentre7556 and Fiery Server . The problem is with Office 365 email, where the problem is that the equipment is functioning properly and suddenly stops sending emails and when you restart the WC7556 and once again is ready starts functioning without problem.

 

 Here's activities.

 

By service:

 

Firmware versions  used in  WC7556.

There are a number log  “526480138” By technical service

 

061.121.222.06508 the version that had the equipment when the problem occurred

061.121.222.23502 initially was upgraded to this version but this version provoked other conflicts so we decided to return to the original version that is 061.121.222.06508

061.121.225.14700 the day of my visit it was decided to leave this version is the one that currently has the team

 

By the area of analysts:

 

Customer account we asked for external testing of the SMTP server, and in two different external multifunctional to customer ,never had problem;With this test  that the SMTP server client don't have a problem.

 

As second step will be attended on site with the client, for testing with the WC7556, all settings are revised and put to work the WC7556 as you normally would the client until the problem occurred. At that time he was asked to test the equipment previously configured the out site and external customer.  these successful tests confirming that the customer SMTP server is running OK.

 

-The Next step as we knew that the problem was on the WC7556 or network client, a client WC 7120 is configured with SMTP parameters that are using the WC7556, When tested on the WC7120  works without problem checking the customer's network has no problem because the WC7556 is still not working.

 

Right away we focus on the WC7556, we start by restarting only the fiery, and the WC7556 still did not send mail, continue restarting the WC7556 and once up, he began to send all the emails that had been made; followed by testing until again failed again, then tests were made with 7120 and this team works perfectly. So he turned to restart the WC 7556 and again when he returned to work up sending all mail, checking again that the problem is in the WC7756.
