Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for faxing from a Windows application. As stated in the solution make sure you are using the PCL 6 driver. On this machine the rings to answer setting is known as the auto answer and is set in seconds not number of rings. Please see the instructions for setting the fax defaults step 5 b under the Set Fax Defaults From CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS) section.
