Good Morning Xerox Community,
I'm running into a strange issue. We have our 5755 setup for scan-to-folder, and everything checks out as far as connectivity and seeing the folder on the network.
When users scan, the XST file arrives, but the PDF does not. The files being scanned are not large. Maybe 2 or 3 pages, black/white. I'm assuming that since the XST file arrives, it's not a networking connection issue, or an incorrect path.
We've tried the basic "shut down / restart", but problem persists. I should also note that occasionally, the scans DO work as expected and the PDF appears alongside its XST log file partner.
