I am attempting to import our previous fax phonebook to the new one, on our print server. Our previous machine was a Ricoh, so I may need to create a new phonebook and then import into server so it applies to user computers, however, the option(s) for adding new, saving, importing, exporting, etc. are all grayed out ( see screen shot below).
To be clear, I am wanting to import a .csv file but all of my options are grayed out. I am also not even able to add new contacts, as those options are grayed out as well. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
