WorkCentre 6605DN Scan to email issue

Hello,

we have recently purchased a WorkCentre 6605DN with latest firmware installed (201407180658), the printer function works properly but we have issue with the scan to email function.

 

We set the correct parameters like "from" email address, "SMTP Server", "SMTP Port" and authentication but the function doesn't semms to work.

 

We checked the logs of our smtp server and the sessions made by the printer are totally unreadable, with unrecognized command and strange characters:

What is the problem??
