Xerox installed last week the latest firmware release for the 7845 and 7835
We have now release : 072.040.124.23401
New problem: lots of time with scans or workflow scans that we get the error "Start is not available"
Only thing we can do is a complete reboot.
Since we are Xerox customer, we have problem after problem, each firmware upgrade is a new problem...
last firmware, problem of "pending job..."
before the addressbook problems and slow working...
Xerox is cheap but you may not calculate the hours of support and problem-solving
