Phaser MFP 3300 - broadcast does not ask if I want to add more numbers

I've done my best to search for this solution on my own but I've not found anyone with this issue so here we go.

PREVIOUSLY, when you went to broadcast on the 3300, the options were as followed:

1. type in first number, press OK
2. type in second number, press OK
3. it would ask: "do you want to add more numbers?", you would say YES or NO
4. type in third number, press OK
5. repeat 3-4 until you decided to stop
6. after you've reached ten numbers it automatically starts the sending process when you press OK

NOW, when you go to broadcast it does this:

1. type in first number, press OK
2. type in second number, press OK
3. it no longer asks if you want to add more numbers and continues on

This is a major inconvenience because I broadcast to multiple numbers several times per day. I've lived with it but if I am not at work the person covering my job states she would not have the time to send each fax individually.

This started about three months ago.
