I would suggest that you review the following solutions to see if they can help.

• Solutions for : Parts of Graphics, Text, or Illustrations Are Missing When Printing a PDF
• Settings for Select Copy Features and Ensure that the Original Size is selected as A4, Margin Shift & Edge Erase are not effecting the scan.

• If you try to auto reduce the image to a smaller paper size, is the image still cut off. This could also help isolate the problem.
